• Re-pointing and replacement lead flashing

  Barney and the team did an excellent job on the roof, and I'd be happy to use them again, the only problem is, I've asked a few times for a proper trade invoice and still not received one, as the property is rented out, this is therefore a large sum of money that I won't be able to set against tax. I'd appreciate it if someone at Stratton could be as quick off the mark about sending a proper receipt as they were about chasing up payment once the job was completed.

• repairs to velux flashing

  I previously spent weeks trying to find someone who could look at the flashing around velux windows. I contacted Thursday am by lunchtime Barney contacted me and arranged to come around. he was clear in his communication whether it was urgent or just an estimate as the job was urgent he prioritised it and came round the following Tuesday(would have come around on Monday but was too windy). They also identified ripped felting which was also fixed. Job was completed within the day. Cost were slightly higher than expected but if you want a good job done you have to pay for it. Job done very well

  Barney is a great guy- very polite and explained everything he would be doing beforehand. Sorted out the tiles we needed replacing & adjusting, as well as a couple more he found when he was up there. Will contact him again if we need more work done in the future!

  Had some leaks coming through the roof to inside my house Barney came out and repaired them repointed where needed done replaced some tiles absolute fantastic work from Barney and his workers very polite very helpful very good communication explained everything very trustworthy would be happy to use again very happy to have around our home great work from Stratton home improvements fantastic
