Georgia guided me with zero pressure, recommending a Level 3 Survey, RICS Valuation, Drone Survey, Floor Space Measurement & Reinstatement. The results were staggering. £50,000+ in major repairs. An independent valuation of £550,000 - nearly £200,000 below the asking price. And the floor space? Advertised at 109 sqm. RICS measured at 93 sqm.   Terry’s company was referred to us through third-party site when we were looking to buy our first home. We did a level 3 survey. We opted for drone survey, thermal and estimate cost for repairs. There were major issues identified. We accepted the risk after knowing about them and we were able to negotiate the sale price by several thousands. Terry was prompt on email as well. Highly recommended.
