Studio 47 Architects Ltd has been Formed by a group of architects with over 15 years’ experience in the industry
We provide architectural plans and local authority approvals for your project. We have a wealth of experience, working on both small domestic schemes and multi-million-pound contracts. Your project begins with a discussion about the possibilities, followed by a measured survey and feasibility scheme. We will then apply for planning, lawful development certificate or prior approval followed by building regulations where appropriate.
We do not work on site but if you need further assistance, we can help you find Contractors, Consultants and Project Managers to monitor the contract works for you.
We work on all size and types of projects from roof conversions, extensions, new houses, refurbishments, flat conversions, shop and office applications, listed buildings. all across London, With close working relationships with Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Islington, Harringey, Hackney, Brent Harrow and Bromley.

Extension

Mansard roof extension
I hired studio 47 architects to add a mansard roof on my building and converting the two floors into one self contained unit
Architectural plans and freeholder consent and advice to review my lease
I had Ali come round initially to do our plans for the flat his initial consultation was free and he spent around a hour explain on how to redesign the flat however he advised us that we need the freeholders consent and also put us in touch with one of his sources to extend the lease for us where the free holder was asking £15000 the source dropped it to £8000. They got my permission and building regulation and structural plans and his design build team did all the construction work which went smoothly and I am extremely happy with the company’s work I would recommend any one who would like
The company remoulded my flat and did a really good job! Very professional!!!
I hired the company to design the new layout of my penthouse and the balcony garden area! The drawings was to great detail and even provided me 3D images and I could easily visualise what I was planning to do I hired this company at short notice and they delivered quickly even in this current climate! I was then able to get quotes according to the drawings and the builders have already started due to finish next week!
Draws for loft conversion and side extension
We are using Ali to project manager our extension. We had the draws down elsewhere but when Ali reviewed the draws he had some great ideas which would add more value to our home with a better layout. So we ask Ali to redo the draws and are currently waiting to hear back from the council. Ali knows his stuff and process very well.
