  Carol called on the previous day to confirm the appointment on the following morning. Colin arrived promptly and confirmed that he had all the correct units. He then began removing and replacing units one by one taking care not to damage paintwork or make a mess. The whole job was completed in approximately three hours and we were very pleased.

• Replacement of Porch door and side windows

  We have had a new porch door and side panels together the replacement of 2 x double glazed units to porch side windows. The quote process was straightforward showing options available with delivery estimate. Installation timing was almost exactly as quoted on the order and all done in half a day. This is the 3rd job that Surefix have done for us and we would thoroughly recommend them.

• Replacing seals around doors & window

  I used SureFix to replace worn out rubber seals around composite and UPVC doors and to replace a perishing gasket around a window in the door frame. This required the window to be removed, new seal installed and window re-glazed. The whole process, from the initial visit to generate the quote, arranging the time to get the work done and the follow up was excellent. Care was taken that I am perfectly happy with the final result and further little niggles with adjustments were done on the spot, all included in the service.

  I ha 2 quotes for a replacement for a blown window. Surefix was by far the best quote. They responded quickly to my query and after Colin sized the window up I paid the deposit by calling into the shop. From start to finish they were very friendly and professional. I will certainly use them again.

• Window Replacement panels

  We needed 4 replacement window panels carried out .Surefix responded very promptly via this Checkatrade website and visited our premises within a couple of days to take measurements. They provided a quotation very swiftly which was very reasonable and we provided a deposit at their local shop to get the ball rolling. Colin arrived bang on time and got to work immediately. We found him very helpful and interesting to hear about the fixtures he was using as against what we had on site. We feel sure that as and when other windows need replacing , we will definitely be back to Surefix.
