10 Repairs to exterior of period property

I’ve had a great experience with Louis and his excellent professional and friendly team on repairs to brickwork, repointing, repairing rendering and cracks, clearing roof gullies, new gutters & painting. As a female homeowner I have previously come across negative and ‘talking down’ attitudes from other building firms, but it was the opposite in the case of Louis. He was constantly positive, collaborative and ‘can-do’ in his approach. Louis and his team recently completed our bathroom renovation and we couldn't be happier with the job they have done. Louis took on the job of project managing and bringing various trades together and it all came together brilliantly. The quality of the work they produced is excellent, down to the finest details. He clearly takes immense pride in his work. What really stood out to us was Louis' communication and consideration. Every night they left our house clean and tidy so we could keep living in the house with little disruption. If I could give more than 10 for the review, I would. They were professional, courteous and fun to have around. Helped out in any way they could and provided sound advice. We had a hiccup because of a previous builder and Louis and the team sorted it for us without any issue. We wouldn’t use anyone else now for any further rendering jobs. Louie , Liam and his brother are punctual and kept us fully informed. They are trustworthy to the point of us leaving house and garage keys with them. They are excellent workers and very tidy. We choose the bathroom and finishes we wanted, Louis and his team carried out the work to an extremely high standard, always kept me briefed on the progress and very thoughtful and considerate when working in a busy house hold. We were looking for a plasterer to give us a quote for plastering two bedrooms, living room and hallway. We also needed an external wall filling in. I highly recommend Surface solutions. Surface Solutions have been incredible from start to finish, professional, efficient and impeccable attention to detail throughout. They have plastered my entire house, including bathroom finishing, some unique details with LED strip profiling and a lot of other difficult features, but nothing was too much or too difficult to overcome, they did it with ease and made the whole process stress free!
