  They agreed to deep cleaning for end of tenancy

  They did not agree to do the oven as part of the deep cleaning. I had to pay more than double the initially agreed amount.

  Full cleaning of empty house prior to sale following a relative's death.

  Very good same-day response to my submitting the job. Fulfilled next day by a team of four who cleaned the house top to bottom including the interior windows, the electric cooker, all shelves, wardrobes and cupboards, all vinyl floors and carpets. Highly satisfied with the results. Just awaiting a receipt for the payment now.

  No one turned up after booking

  Cleaning services were booked and no one turned up after booking via phone, text message and also a reminder the night before. When chased for no response or explanation. Terrible service.

  Staff turned up and job was done to customer's satisfaction. However, getting a parking space was difficult at the time of arrival hence the few minutes delayed at the property
