Jimmy was instantly responsive and his team did excellent work quickly and in a professional manner. Jimmy's original quote seemed reasonable, but after the work started the estimate increased fourfold due to the unexpected extent of damage. He also offered to provide a certificate of warranty and a report describing the damage and repairs to share with the co-owners of the property and to support a possible insurance claim, but after the work was finished he refused to provide any report and took over a month of chasing to send the certificate of warranty.Verified reviewerJob location: SE1110 Chimney Removal and roof repairs

We found our chimney was leaking and were recommended T&F by a friend who had used them previously. Jimmy called me within an hour of my initial email, there within a few hours and then job agreed to remove chimney. Very happy with the service and speed as from initial call to being finished it was under a week. Jimmy kept me updated throughout and was never too busy for a call. He came back out on a Saturday morning to resolve a few extra broken tiles after scaffolding came down.
