  New roof

  T and n came gave me a good quote on a new roof and I agreed to the price the work of the lads was exceptionally good and worked within the time scale they cleaned the area better then wat it was before they started took all the old roof away I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend t and n home Improvements

  Roof Repairs

  Contacted T&N to fix some leaks. Tom diagnosed the problems from the ground (should have been a warning) and sent his lads up to make the repairs. Offered to redo the ridge while they were there which we agreed to. A year on and the roof still leaks and the ridge mortar applied over the existing is falling off on both sides onto the ground. I’ve contacted Tom many times but he doesn’t answer his phone or respond to messages. Use T&N or throw cash on the fire - same thing really.

  Gutter replacement

  Tom was always available when I phoned him or would get back to me quickly. I arranged this work at a distance for my son who lived in the area so trust was essential. He agreed a date and time and, unfortunately, the rain was torrential, but he completed the work the day after. I am highly satisfied with the work and could recommend him as I found him trustworthy and reasonable. Thank you Tom.

  Repoint rooftiles and chimney

  Had to continually chase Tom. When he did turn up wasn't fit to go on the roof. Thought he was expensive, but then he was onsite. He got his lads to do the work, no problem with them. Inspected the work from the loft after they had gone and daylight still showing through the roof. Rang Tom to get him to have "another go" at the job. At first lots of promises of correcting it. Two months later still chasing him and now not answering the phone or returning my calls. Most unsatisfactory! Only use this firm at your own peril.
