  Leak coming from guttering

  Had one quote from another company, then had a phone call from these insistent that I let them come out to give a quote the same morning even though I had told him I was about to leave to go to work, but still wanted to quote and then ring me with a price which he did, I told him I would have a think.

  Arrived promptly after a call. Gave a good price for the job and as it was not overly big they were able to do the job straight away. Good communication, friendly and gave good advice on other matters. Would use again.

  Tile repair_payment request behavior and invoice complaint

  Shane came over to perform a tile and felt repair, all good. However, once the job was done, Shane was particularly and unreasonably insistent that the payment had to be done immediately by bank transfer which he reiterated this 3-4 times before he left. He even waited on his van outside my house until he got confirmation of the payment. I asked several times to send me an invoice. Nothing was sent and when I tried to contact him the day after I got instead a text message pretending that to be the invoice. I would like an explanation for this odd, dismissing and almost intimidating behavior.
