10 New Eldctric Boiler

I contacted Tom as I required a new boiler. It was a complex issue as I had a back boiler and no suitable area to support a commonly used traditional gas combi. I needed a team, an electrician to work with a plumber? Do you know how hard this is to find??!! Tom project managed the entire process. He organised a plumber, organised invoiced and ensured all compliant with building control. It was a big job. I owe Tom an enormous amount of gratitude. Tom undertook an EICR in a 19th century commercial premises that had previously two houses and that has various outbuildings - so quite complicated. Tom undertook the work out-of-hours to minimise the impact on the shop and provide a very detailed thirty-seven page report with photographs. The findings and recommended remediation work was honest and proportionate - no attempt to take advantage by spurious findings or inflating the necessary work. We had some tricky wiring jobs in our kitchen and bathroom, plus some problem power points and we were very impressed with Tom Read's " can do" approach. He quickly assessed the task, did a good and tidy job, turned up when said he would and stuck to his price. Tom from TDR Electric recently carried out and Electrical Installation Condition Report for me. I was very impressed with the service I received. Tom was prompt, courteous, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the work being done. The job itself was completed efficiently and to a high standard. He also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, which I really appreciated. Tom did a great job in installing our downlights! I'm amazed how the area is always tidy after he completes his work. He gave suggestions on how much lights will we need in each area and was easy enough to make minor changes to the original plan as needed. He installed about 30 downlights all together. Thomas responded to my initial request on checkatrade really quickly. Communicated well and efficiently. He advised clearly that he may not have been able to fix the oven issue.
