We run our business from our office at Unit 7, 5 Sandiford Road, Sutton, SM3 9RN and our address is stated on all correspondence and quotations. Running the business from our office means that we can be structured and organised in our approach. Here at our office, is where we prepare your competitive, personalised, and detailed quotations and answer any questions or queries that you may have.
We never take on more than two or three jobs at any one time, so rest assured you have our full attention and workforce at your disposal. This also means time scales and completion dates can be adhered to. All of our workers are hardworking family men with a passion for not only providing excellent workmanship and quality, but they also provide excellent knowledge and are of a friendly nature. Loft conversion
I have been very impressed with Teal co, I chose them for my loft conversion after a long process of looking for quality. We are five weeks into the job at the moment and I'm very pleased my choice. Rob, Louise in the office and the team on site have been fantastic at communication. They I have worked at a great pace and they leave the site immaculate. They they have also explain things really well so that I can understand what the next steps are. Additional unforseen issues have been delt with quickly and professionally and the team have been very helpful in dealing with these.
Loft Conversion
Rob and the Teal Co team are fantastic. From initial conversations and throughout the building process, he and the team have been there at every step to explain and answer any questions we've had. The crew are excellent - completing tasks on time, getting our input on all design decisions, and keeping the site clean. Everyone we've interacted with at Teal Co are extremely polite and put at right at ease. We would definitely recommend Teal Co to anyone looking for a loft conversion.
Loft comversion
For the 1st month Teal were profesional to work with. However as time went on the quality of work was far below expectations and the way our property was treated was unproffesional. Tidiness and treatment of our property was inadequate at times and issues were not fixed quickly. There were also leaks coming through when it rained which left stains on ceilings and interior walls, as well as unproffesional and unacceptable phonecalls from some of the management. Worst of all was the quality of work in the bathroom, with management having to come in to attempt to fix multiple issues, some of which still remain today. Work overran by 2 months.
Kitchen extension and Loft conversion.
We would highly recommend using this company. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and the job they did was outstanding. We had a small kitchen, which they extended to be large and open plan. The loft they converted to have a bedroom and en suite bathroom. Rob and the team communicate very clearly so you know what they will be providing, what is possible and you receive regular updates. The work is done in a timely manner to a very high standard. You will not be disappointed if you choose them as they make the process as stress free as possible and the work they do is great.
Loft conversion and Rear extension
My home is still under progress. It is done by half already. But I know I choose the right company "Tealco". Rob guides me to do every step and gives me advise from my position. Thanks for Rob and his team.
Loft conversion with En-suite
Rob and his team were brilliant from the first initial enquiry right until the finish of our loft conversion with en suite. They were extremely punctual, polite and professional and helpful. The team kept us regularly updated on progress through the whole process and Rob or Louise were very quick to respond to any queries that we had. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are really pleased with our end result. We would without a doubt recommend Rob and the Teal Co team.
