    We live in a conservation area and under strict guidelines. We had samples materials on site to follow. The wrong bricks, sand and tiles were purchased. One of the major issues we had with Daniel is he contacted the architect and changed the interior roof design without our knowledge, the architect with the structural engineer redesigned the roof and he didn’t follow their advice causing the structure to be compromised and work to be halted for weeks. We are unable to contact Daniel to correct the roof. We paid a deposit and 81% for 35% work done. We would not recommend Tekton Solutions Ltd.

    We arranged to have these works completed in 2021 with Roy. Agreed the prices etc and then they said they needed to finish some commercial work before the could give us a date (fine, we thought). This went on and on into 2022, when finally after Christmas they gave us a start date of 31st January. 1 week before the works were due to start, Roy emailed to say due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ they couldn’t do the works anymore at all. No explanation, no reason, absolutely shocking service!
