  We required a lintel or similar above our front door due to brick work having dropped over the years from door being replaced. They diagnosed the issue with me giving minimal info due to regularity of it happening elsewhere. Once viewed and confirmed, we’re able to complete within a few days whereas other companies weren’t interested.

  They were pleasant people, but the job was not done to spec. Now I am upset since they will not pick up the phone and after leaving several message to send me the guarantee so the Insurance Company could close the file, I have still not heard. Very disappointing. Quotation mentioned exactly what work was to be done. But some things were not done. Disappointing.

• Repair to bedroom floor - missing joist!

  My son's bedroom floor collapsed due to some old cowboy work done by the previous owner of my house. Luke came promptly and made a correct diagnosis which was to clear out rubble and mess created by the collapse, clean up up around the wall in order to put in a new joist and noggins, then create a frame on which to re-lay the floor. The job was done promptly and at a reasonable price. The boys were tidy, clean and super nice. Good honest workmanship - thank you very much and would definitely use again.

• New roof, new door frame, new out house doors.

  They replaced the old roof and wooden door frame with new timbers, installed a new fascia board, and laid a fiberglass roof. They also rehung the guttering and door. In the outhouse, they replaced all wooden doors and frames. Additionally, they replaced a window frame and the rotted main beam. Some minor miscommunications regarding the originally requested work, but easily resolved. All tasks were completed professionally and promptly.
