  Agreed on a price for re sealing all my windows and nexer turned up on the day and no reply after many phone calls and emails. Stay away just a time waster. 1/10 shame on you.

  Dean was a pleasure to deal with and have round. He and his dad, Alan, worked hard all day and carried out a quality job. Window resealing finished off with a tidy upvc trim and it looks the business. The old sealant had deteriorated and now its been replaced I've already noticed the house is keeping the heat in better and the sound proofing is much improved..

  Six windows and two doors done. Trims and old silicone removed with new trims added and resealed. No more singing windows and drafty doors. They all were cleaned and look like new. Worth every penny. Dean was lovely, very polite and thorough in his work. He pointed out what were the problem causing my singing and draughty windows and filled gaps etc before adding new trims and siliconed them. He also tidied up well after him.

  Dean is highly accomplished in his trade and is a very polite and courteous young man. He explained to us exactly what was required. We never thought we would see the day when we could find the perfect tradesman - but we certainly did with Dean. His workmanship is of a very high standard and we are very satisfied with the completed work - our windows now look like new! We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

• Leaking conservatory roof

  He arrived on time, identified the cause of the leak and showed my mother where the problem was before agreeing a price and fixing the roof right then. My mum said he was polite and friendly. He then tidied up. My mum is very happy with the work done.
