At Happy, we specialise in domestic floor installation.
We supply and install a huge range of stunning solid and engineered wood floors, LVT, laminate, carpet and more.
We've built our fantastic reputation upon offering the very best customer experience from start to finish and not only do we have some of the best installers in the UK but you will also have a dedicated Project Manager no matter how big or small your project may be.
Here's what happens:
Just send us a brief message or give us a call and one of our delightful Customer Coordinators will call or message you back to book in your FREE quotation. Your dedicated Project Manager will then come to assess the works. If you haven't already chosen your flooring, your Project Manager will show you our range on their tablet and we can send you out free samples or you can visit our showroom. Once you've chosen your flooring and the project has been assessed you'll typically receive your quote within the next 2 working days.
We do our very best to keep lead times to a minimum and with the industry average being a 4 to 6 week wait, we of course had to do better than that and typically can begin works within 14 days of acceptance of your quote.

Yet again another 10/10 to The Happy Flooring team; from Customer Services (Hollie) to the Fitter (Chris) the service is always excellent. I am delighted with my new floor - samples were sent through and Hollie spent time talking through the benefits of different flooring options, everything arrived on time. Well done would definitely recommend this company and our livingroom is transformed with this beautiful new floor. Thanks again for your quality service and fit will be back for the dining room.

Great service, Chris was very punctual.Arrived early and worked continuously until late afternoon. Terrific communication with Hollie, answered any queries I had straight away. I was always kept informed as extra work was required.

Tile flooring
I have been let down by this company twice! We arranged a date and time for them to come and they cancelled without informing me, I had already emitted the house for them to do my flooring and I took my time off from work so that I could be home when They come. I had to call them wondering where they were only to be informed that they had cancelled so I highly recommend rethinking using this company.
Engineered wood and staircase
Stunning workmanship and very good communication. I received an email for every visit or delivery and the whole team were great to work with. I'm glad I found them! We had a full staircase renovation and oak flooring installed though out the landing and entrance hall.
Oak stair cladding and new glass balustrade
Excellent communication, Very friendly and nice to deal with. The carpenters took 2 days to complete the work and they cleaned up soo well before they left, you wouldn't have even known they were here. I couldn't be happier with how my hallway looks now. Thank you to the whole team.
