Initial contact and quote was handled very well, quickly and without the hardsell you get from some other businesses. I went with Ken Rhodes as it is a family business and I could see by other recommendations that they would do the job without fuss. Extra work to rectify a previous poor installation of bi-folds was also properly surveyed and at a fair price. Installation team took care of the property, removed the bi-folds and installed the beautiful new sliding doors that offer so much more light. Ken Rhodes Group always kept me up to date with my order; from getting a quote to the surveyor then lastly the installation. Once my doors and windows were fitted I was contacted to see if everything was ok. Everything except the door needing adjusting but couldn’t fault the service. Superb service from start to finish. I had an initial meeting with Barry who is a very knowledgeable and experienced account manager we discussed the options and choices available and agreed the style and costs of my installation. I had a site surveyor who took measurements and confirmed what was going to be installed who again to ensure everything was correctly recorded. The final stage was the installation and a lovely Father and Son turned up exactly as agreed and were diligent in the installation of my new windows and they left my home clean and tidy. Very pleased with the new double glazed windows fitted. The window fitters were very efficient and left everything clean and tidy, I couldn’t fault anything with the installation and quality. Excellent service from initial sales visit through survey to installation. The sales guy, Stacey, picked up on factors and options that none of the competing firms did. Ken Rhodes Group came in not only the cheapest of 4 quotes but also superior quality product and only one with a 15 year guarantee. From the time we decided what we wanted from the finishing options (and paid our deposit) the doors were installed 5 weeks later. On the day, Chris the fitter was prompt and took just 6 hours to do the job and completely cleaned up before leaving. We are very happy with the work of the Ken Rhodes Group. The admin team can be difficult to get a hold of and not the best with communication but stick with it as the workmen themselves are excellent. I felt very comfortable with them in the house and they put me at ease about the works to be completed. It was much quicker than I expected too!
