  Very thorough quoting process, even talked me out of expensive options they did not think I actually needed. The soundproof and tinted glass they suggested works brilliantly. Fitting was on time and mess-free. Service by phone and email was great. Window itself is superb - very high quality, very smooth action, and 15 year warranty. They did an excellent window frame for it as well (in hardwood which was a nice surprise). I will definitely use this company again. They were no more expensive than the others who quoted, but everything from quote to fit was seamless and honest.

• Aluminium sliding doors fitted - four panel, all sliding.

  I had a set of sliding doors fitted by Ken Rhodes a week ago and I can't recommend them enough. Their quote was competitive, they gave me a firm installation date, and eight weeks later the guys turned up on time and fitted the doors. The disposal team even came during installation and took away the old doors so they weren't sitting around in the garden. There was one small issue with a wheel on one door (these things happen) but the installation team worked around it and advised it can be fixed if required. The whole experience couldn't have been smoother and I'm very happy the doors.

  The process from entering the showroom to windows being fitted was very efficient. The quote was realistic with none of the “sign up now and get a 70% discount”rubbish. The rep was excellent and not pushy. The fitters were very prompt, tidy and courteous and we are very happy with our new windows.
