Ilie was super responsive, kind, very tidy and reasonably priced. He was able to attend the next day and sort our problem very quickly with no damage to our doors. I am so grateful as was very worried about our stuck lock! He asked about replacing parts and had the required options on his van - I decided to try and get a replacement from the supplier since the lock was new which he was understanding about. Thank you!

We had an issue with our keys not fitting properly in the lock. The Right Man Locksmiths was really great - able to come round the next day, and really flexible when we had to change the time of the visit a few times. They were professional, prompt, and quickly sorted the problem with ease. They also sorted out another issue that we were experiencing with our door for no extra cost. I lock my bicycle with three locks and one of the lock keys slipped off my keyring somewhere between locking it and going into a supermarket so I was in a fix as it was the one lock that i don’t have a spare for. Illie said he would be fifteen minutes and was exactly that, meeting me outside the supermarket. I showed him the plastic part where the key slipped off and the other keys to the locks and within minutes I had my bike back. Great job and super reasonable. A lot of locksmiths can rip you off but this was a good service and i will use again, hopefully not for another bike issue!
