• 6 x Window replacement

  A first class quality installation installed by Bruce and John in 1 day during challenging weather conditions, windy and rain and hail showers. Dust sheets used indoors to protect carpets and care and diligence taken in removal of existing units and installation of new window units. 8:15am start -5:30pm finished. All old units cleared, tidy swept yard. All new windows sealed neatly with sealant and outside brickwork holes cemented. Pleasant guys doing the installation (they liked the coffee) and thanks to the guys who did the initial measuring up and the office staff for their help.

• Terrible company

  It took 3 different numbers phoning over 2 weeks to finally get an appointment for them to quote for work only for them to turn up too early so they left by the time we got there and then when we phoned to say where were they the receptionist was rude about how he had turned up early and the tenant let him in therefore he saw the work (we hadn't described what needed doing) and say it wasn't for them to take on

  I would recommend this company because the owner isn't a salesman like most window salesmen, true to their slogan , they do not hound you to get new windows and they provide a quote there and then. I found them to be quite reasonably priced. I've been most impressed by their after sales because I've had a few issues with my windows and doors and at all times, they are prompt to send someone out to fix it. With many companies, once they have been paid the after sales is non existent. This company is excelling because they know that after sales is important too so people recommend them.

• Fitting new French Doors

  We were very impressed throughout the service, from the initial contact to the completion of the work. Everyone we had contact with was courteous, friendly and efficient. Time keeping and work ethic were excellent. Very pleased with the appearance of the completed doors. A very satisfied customer.
