  Our experience with The Wood Effect was excellent. During the estimate stage he was helpful and provided lots of tips and advice then the actual work was done really nicely and with obvious care for some very old and beaten up doors. Alan was lovely to have around and I would recommend him to anyone.

• Replace decking.

  This is the second time that Alan and his team have done work for us and we can’t praise them enough. They came today and removed the old decking and the frame underneath. It was completely rotten and was in a dangerous state. They built a new frame and laid new composite decking. We are so happy with the result. We would not hesitate to recommend The Wood Effect and, if we need work done in the future, we will definitely contact Alan.

• Install porcelain patio, composite decking and level the ground to new build garden

  Alan and his team landscaped our new build garden. They levelled out the ground, built composite decking, installed a porcelain tiled patio and a boarder of block paving around the edges, where our artificial grass will be installed. Alan and his team worked tirelessly, through extreme temperatures to get the job done. Alan and his team were punctual and polite and their work was completed to a very high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you! :-)
