• No one turned up for appointment

  Made appointment by phone to attend and provide quote. He didn’t turn up as apparently he wrote my address down incorrectly. Wasted a morning waiting for him. Tried to call his office - recorded message stating no one available to answer your call and then gets cut off. I will use a different company !

  The workship was really bad as they had cut my cctv wire not replaced it scratches on the bathroom window seal outside ,glue on the windows, cement left on the windows seal outside, left screws and nails on the ground outside, silicone strips thrown on the floor

  The lead time from agreeing for the work to be done to the installation being carried out was amazingly short. The guys came on site and installed 12 panels in a mix of glorious sunshine and torrential rain. We were so impressed with their cheerfulness despite the weather and their willingness to work well into the late evening to ensure that everything was completed. We have already recommended them to 2 of our friends as we have the confidence that they will receive the same high level of service that we received. Thank you guys

  The initial consultation was just that, courteous with no hard sell. Once agreed the timeline was sent through to us with reminders of who was coming as a text the day before. The fitters were very tidy and polite, explaining the work to be done before, and again what was done and where to access the necessary fuses etc. After. Completed wiring diagrams came through the post. I was always able to contact real people over the phone and they in turn were friendly, helpful and polite. Highly recommend.
