A fantastic job completed by Tom characterised by his timely, professional and cheerful approach to what was a testing and technical job.

To investigate cause of boiler fault and resolve it.
Tom came out the same day to carry out the initial investigation then fitted in the system flush around pre-booked work, to ensure we weren’t left without heat and hot water for too long, which we really appreciated. Tom was polite and respectful of our home at all times, kept us well informed of costs and was always on time. I would recommend him without hesitation. Truly 10/10!
Service boiler, diagnose and rectify a faulty valve

Restore service to existing boiler / install new combi boiler
Work taken to try and restore existing boiler but due to age and model was unable to restore, it was recommended that I replace the boiler. As I am in the middle of selling the property I opted to do this Keys were provided as I also had a baby being born during the work taking place and Tom was kind enough to come pick those up and deal with me in my sleep deprived state over the next week. Tom was also good to respond to any issues I had, one being a leaky drain pipe after work was done All in all a great job and I’m thankful for the support
