Arrived on time, carried out the move from a second floor flat quickly and efficiently for a very good price, happy to recommend and would definitely use again, a good job well done, cheers.

Great reliable service. Friendly efficient team who moved my belongings with care, and reassured me that they'd manage at the new place which has challenging access to the road and up steps..all in the rain. They did this in 3 hours including 30 minute journey to new flat.

The van showed up in time but a little miscommunication delayed the work, however Tony professionally handled the situation to our satisfaction. Team worked very hard and they were very professional and friendly.

Tony Van Removal moved my belongings on the 15th April. They damaged an oak table that cost me a lot of money. They said they used blankets - they did not, i saw with my own eyes. Afterwards, I asked about their insurance to make a claim. They asked for a video / pictures which i gave them. I haven't heard anything back from the insurance company - i asked which insurance company they are with - they would not tell me. Every time i contact me, they say the insurance company is processing it It's been 1 month now - what insurance company takes this long? Never trust them.

Work was done efficiently. The helpers were friendly and worked quietly. It was all done within the agreed time. Dealing with Tony Van organising the work was efficient and easy. Very good experience.

I had a terrible experience with this company to dismantle the shed and disposal. The quote for labor was 2 hours for 2 people plus one hour extra at 75£ if needed. The workers took 7 hours to complete the job and at no point in time they informed us that the 2 hours job why it extended to 7 hours. The workers didn't bring the necessary tool like electric saw and they used our tool in garage (saw, wheelbarrow, ax) they didn't use trolley to transfer woods to van, they took 2 woods manually to van, in the quote trolley was mentioned which was never used.
