Not a great experience

We used this company for new guttering and fascias on the front of our property after noticing some signs of damp. We were told by john that by putting in these things that it would definitely sort our problem. However since then the problem has become a lot worse. We contacted John to come and have a look as one of the fascia boards isn't sitting flush against the wall and is overlapping another board. He said that he'd come round (when we weren't home) and provided no proof he had been over and said that everything is fine and he can't help. Really poor experience.

Ridge tile repair after storm

John was very prompt, turning up within given timeslot. Honest opinion as to works required. Carried all out in timely fashion. Considering that roofers will be inundated now, after Storm Darragh, was very happy he managed to fit in the job. can't give 10/10 on workmanship cos can't get up on roof to check. But a zoom in on the phone camera looks good. Good price too. Thanks!

I had a leaking roof, top line responded very quickly and were able to come by assess and sort the problem in around an hour despite difficult access. Prompt and professional all round

Spray foam taken out of my loft

The removal of spray foam was carried out to meet the standard required by a buildings surveyor and acceptable for mortgage purposes. The young man who carried out the work was particular, hard working and polite.
