  Carl was really friendly and approachable from the moment we met. He was accommodating of our urgency and the work was complete within 2 weeks of us initially communicating. True work was good quality and really speedy. Talking to him about some other work in the house, now as we were really impressed. Trustworthy and kept the quote despite doing two call outs.

  Carl was very professional from the first point of contact. He come to the house the same day to assess what work we required and come back to us the next day with a quotation. The work carried out by Carl was faultless and exactly how we described that we wanted in the initial meeting. Carl was reliable and very tidy, ensuring that he cleaned up after every day of work. We are very happy with the completed room and would recommend Carl to anyone who was thinking of having work carried out.

  Carl was super responsive upon requesting a quote and visited us the same day. His knowledge and expertise were fantastic, as well as being reasonably priced. Carl responded to questions via text promptly. He is reliable, honest and hardworking. He also carried out a small additional job without any hesitation. Carl was a pleasure to have in the house with a good sense of humour and banter. I will definitely be using Carl again for any building/plastering needs.
