  We would highly recommend Total Building Solutions! All work was carried out to a high standard and was actually finished a day early! Lee was easy to get hold of and communication was quick and easy throughout. The guys who came over for various parts of the work were professional and conscientious, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

• Replacement sub floor fitted

  The team quoted to replace a badly installed sub floor in my Orangery and were able to start the job much quicker than I had anticipated. They uncovered a bigger problem than we anticipated but came up with a solution which reduced any unanticipated delays. They were really tidy and took care of my property and were courteous too. I was kept fully informed throughout the job too - so much so that I asked them to complete another small job. The finished result is a wonderful new floor and skirting boards. I’d certainly recommend Lee and his team
