New bedroom carpet
From start to finish the customer service was greater than expected, with every effort being made from shop floor to fitting to ensure we received the right carpet at the right time and for the right price. We stumbled upon this shop, but will definitely be back and would highly recommend the range, service, fitting and price. Thank you from very happy customers.
Hard-backed oak laminate
Unfortunately, the standard of work was average. The floor wasn't levelled sufficiently and the edges weren't finished. Most disappointingly they didn't return to a) finish the job and b) rectify the problems as promised.
New flooring to hall, kitchen and lounge
The attention to detail was of an exceptional quality as were the products supplied. The entire experience from the assistance and advice with selecting the flooring to the final finish was exemplary.

Fitting carpets throughout house and stair runner
Have just completed a house renovation and the carpets have just made the house. The team were highly professional, helpful , flexible, offered amazing advice and helped us get the best finish. I am SO glad we chose an independent company to fit the carpet in our home and we have had a individualised service. They have been a delight to work with so easy and accommodated us with dates and moving around our schedule. Cannot recommend Town and Country more highly!! We will be using again and highly recommending to our friends - absolutely fantastic 10/10!
Whole house carpets and hard floor
