0Verified ReviewMatt messaged me to say he would come out the following day, then texted again to say he was running late with another customer, and he would message me when he was leaving. I waited for 3 hours then I texted to ask if he was still coming, he never replied, and never turned up. I had 2 other plumbers contact me, but I told them it was ok, as someone was already coming to look at the job. I waited in all day for nothing! Terrible service.

0Verified ReviewContacted via text to ask if they were qualified for unvented hot water system. Had a reply on a different number saying yes. Then asked about a convenient time for them to call me or me to call them. Total radio silence even after following up after with more texts just in case. Had confirmation of being read, so no excuse why no reply. Gave up as if they cannot even be bothered to reply, then little confidence they will even turn up……
