  Natalie and her team were fantastic! they were punctual, polite, and did a brilliant job of cleaning every room from top to bottom. They tackled the very high ceilings, light shades and large windows. the whole house is sparkling ✨. Thank you 🙏

  Check out clean

  We needed a check out clean for my house and I’m pregnant so was heavily reliant on Natalie and her team. She has been super responsive and very reasonable with fee and availability, coming out on bank holiday Monday for us. She is also checking in with our landlord to ensure everything is up to their standards so we feel very looked after for checkout. Will definitely use her again!

  Remove and for shutters

  Agreed to come visit and quote a job twice and cancelled both times. Then no response to message at all. I was very patient as they cancelled the first time and agreed for an appointment a few days later, and on the day of appointment I messaged no response and never heard back. Very disappointed as I put the job up on Checkatrade and they contacted me as they were keen on the job, and fully aware that I was on a timeframe for this job. If you didn’t want to do the job, it’s absolutely fine. You could have had the courtesy just to reject the job.

  Decluttering, Cleaning, Ceiling Repair

  I chose True Diamond as they seemed the best fit, with Natalie and her team able to clean and declutter and Darren able to do repairs and installations. I was very impressed with their hard work and flexible, friendly approach. The job took longer than expected (with extra work needed; stuck door, unsafe light switch, broken cupboard doors…) both Natalie and Darren worked over the weekend and into the following week to complete. Natalie and her team performed miracles in all rooms! Darren did a great job installing a new kitchen ceiling and fixing all the broken things. Overall I’m very happy.

  Domestic cleaner with great service and communication!

  we've been using true diamond for a couple of months now for domestic cleaning once a week and couldn't be happier with the service we've received, the communication they give is great and it's taken a load stress out of our lives having them in. couldn't recommend highly enough!!
