  We’d highly recommend Trust Guard Roofing. We hired them to fix some damaged lead and missing drip trays on our chimney that were causing leaks on our internal walls. The team were polite, friendly, turned up on time and did a thorough and tidy job. The team ensured to show and explain the work they’d carried out and were happy to answer any questions we had. Communication ahead of time was polite helpful and timely.

• Replacing a pitched roof and updating a flat roof

  We had developed a leak, which was tracked down to the pitched roof. Additionally our flat roof had developed cracks and was starting to leak. The Trustguard team were booked in almost straight away, worked tirelessly to get the repairs done and left the site spotless. They explained what they were doing, were knowledgeable, efficient and very communicative. The final cost was higher than the estimate, which we did anticipate and had been warned this would likely be the case. We’re very grateful for their fast work, which ensured we’re weatherproof for winter.

• Roof repair

  Our original enquiry was to re fix some loose ridge tiles. Further examination revealed that the cement was coming out of the end verges and we agreed to have the dry verge system and the ridge replaced. When the team arrived they found that the battens and felt were rotting and there was nothing for them to fit to, resulting in the roof being stripped and the battens and felt being replaced. The whole team was friendly, efficient and reliable, we were kept up to date with calls, texts and photos. We were not pressured into the extra works and are very pleased with the result THANK YOU
