From the start Kevin responded quickly to all enquiries, was very friendly and efficient and his quote was reasonable. He was able to arrange the removal job for us for when we wanted. Keith and Daniella turned up promptly at Hollesley, efficiently loaded everything and safely delivered all items the same afternoon. They were cheerful, friendly, hardworking, efficient and considerate - asking where items were to be put and checking that everything was in order before they left. Payment was also efficient and organised.

Removal from 3 bed house to 2 bed flat
The team turned up on time and, despite the drive way being very tight were able to get one of the vans onto the drive. They were polite, efficient and had appropriate equipment with them to protect my more delicate items.
Moving a number of large items from our home to our new home.
Firstly, the team stayed in touch in the lead up to the day and provided a very competitive quote. We were nervous about a couple of the items being very tricky - a large American fridge freezer for one - that needed moving through very tight spaces. The team arrived a little early - fantastic - and right from the off were friendly, fun and reassuring. Everything was treated with such care. In less than half a day, everything was moved and set up in our new home. The team checked with us on every point along the way to make sure we were happy. What can be a stressful day ended up being fun.
