Great experience from start to finish. Came out quickly to give us a quote and described exactly how they'd carry out the work. These lads know what they're doing, for example, raising the floor so the insulation can breathe, screwing down the floor rather than nailing it for access etc. They turned up bang on time and did the job within the day, and the job was carried out professionally. The loft door ended up with a fault, and this was quickly replaced with no fuss. They're great lads too, very friendly and it was a pleasure to host them. Very happy with the end result, thanks lads!

When Ellis came out to look at the work he spent well over an hour going through options – both professional in his presentation and helpful in his manner. When we decided how to proceed, Lee and Josh came out to do the work on the date as arranged. The two lads were professional, honest, reliable and courteous – excellent. They went above and beyond. Fantastic from start to finish. Ellis came to estimate the job, was very practical and gave good advice. The installation was done very quickly, on time, including swapping out a hatch they weren’t happy with, and was left clean and tidy. Really reasonable price (below the Checkatrade guidance), and would happily use again if needed and also recommend to others.
