  Louis and Michael were amazing and I would recommend them to all my family, friends and work colleagues . Louis made contact with 10mins of my request and came to quote within 1hour - There friendly , transparent and best value price was the reason I chose them - We agreed to start the next working day to prevent any weather damage - They arrived on time and did a brilliant job - My neighbours have already booked them - Thanks Louis and Michael 👏

  Ridge tiles reset

  Communication was excellent throughout. A date & time for the job was agreed. Louis started on time. The job was completed to a high standard & everything was cleaned up afterwards. Overall very happy with the service. I have no hesitation about using Ukcm again in the future

  Two new flat roofs

  My garage felt roof had started to leak and Louis came immediately to give me a quote. Whilst up on the garage roof, he noticed that my kitchen extension roof was in a worse state of repair. By the following Monday, Louis and Michael had completed two new roofs with a 20 year guarantee. The workmanship was excellent, at a very good price. I highly recommend Ukcm Property Maintenance and will use them again.

  Roof maintenance

  My house was built in 1948 and due to its age the roof needed to be overhauled. Tiles loose and old mortar falling off and chimneys needed repointing. Louis,Michael and Wilson gave me a competative quote and came and did the job in an efficient manner, tiles cleaned or replaced and rebedded and chimney stacks repointed.Cleaned up each evening. An excellent job well done. I would thoroughly recommend them. thank you.

  Broken Roof tile - Causing a leak

  The lads came round a couple of hours after making contact. They saw what the problem was instantly, and offered to do the job at a good price. They went away to get the right tile for the job. Came back within half an hour or so, returned, and completed to job within 15 minutes or so. ... Everything straight forward, just like it should be.

  Chimney weather protection

  They come and done the job quickly - we weren't sure what is the cause of the chimney leakage, as it could be numerous things - I asked for another visit.
