• Customised porch re-build and a hole in the roof roof

  Jake Bassett of Vivid Roofing is a roofer and carpenter. I engaged him to find the problem with my roof which had caused a major leak on my landing and to rebuild my front porch. The porch was the bigger part of the job and I was quite particular with my requirements, so a custom built porch was the result. I asked for the new porch to include the recycling of some of my late father's work from the old structure. Jake understood exactly what I was asking for, but was ready with good advice if he felt otherwise. He is a good communicator and craftsman. I am delighted with his work.

• Fascia board replacement

  Jake did a brilliant job removing and replacing our fascia board. Attended and quoted promptly, very quick to respond and provide updates. Squeezed us in a few days later on a Saturday morning, completed the work exactly as quoted in a timely manner and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Jake.

• Two flat roofs for an extension

  Jake has done a really good job putting installing two new flat roofs to my extension. Jake was punctual and had really good communication for when anything was needed. Also the reason for why I chose Jake rather than someone else is due to his ability to build the timbers that the roof would be sitting on. He was fairly priced. I would use Jake again and would highly recommend him.
