  Replaced TV Aerial

  Great response to initial phonecall, Steve came to look at the job on our house on the day we called. He worked out the best solution for us - assessing whether we could have a freesat installation or the aerial replacing. Once agreed, Steve came back and replaced the aerial. He kept us fully informed throughout, explaining that the pole and fixings were fine so only the aerial was needed which reduced the total cost to us. Once he did the job he checked everything worked before tidying up. Professional and friendly throughout.

  I would recommend Steve to anybody, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, meticulous and carried out the work required in a very timely fashion. His charges were reasonable and he didn't pressure for payment but rather, like the professional company he is, sent an invoice.
