Felt, batten replacement of entire roof and insulation of the loft
The work was completed on time - no issues with that. But I wish I had not paid in full. I am really upset with their after care services. Here is why I am disappointed: 1) The scaffoldings were removed after 3 weeks and too after several reminders 2) Followed up several times but still waiting for the final invoice and guarantee certificate 3) While repairing the roof, one of the workers accidentally damage the ceiling - there was a big whole in the ceiling which was patched up but is looking awful until it is completely finish. More than a month but still waiting.
