  Prompt and really great communication throughout , quote and invoices provided timely, Work on day done within time allocated and as per my request .Tom did point out some potential additional filling work which would be needed around fitting before work started and asking if wanted to proceed . Last tradesmen I selected actually went ahead with part of work which would necessarily cause damage without consulting me first so fact I was asked first in this case was appreciated and showed Tom,s professionalism. I would happily recommend Tom.
