Really pleased with my new carpets, just moved house and needed a quick turnaround, whole house was completed in a day. The carpets are of great quality and excellent value for money, the fitters were punctual and very polite, everything was left extremely tidy. Would highly recommend.
Stair Carpet
Never used Willow carpets before always used House of Carpets which has now closed. I really did not think anyone could beat House's prices nor their quality or workmanship but Willow is definitely on a par! If not a bit better! Had two stair carpets laid, the chap fitting was very professional and hardly left any mess. Really pleased both cost and quality and will use again without hesitation.

Lay new carpet to living room, stairs and landing
Lovely stock of modern, good quality carpets in the shop. Alan is an independent trader and takes care to look after his customers. A good price was quoted and the two fitters turned up promptly when they said they would and made a first class job of laying the carpet. They cleaned up and hoovered when they had finished and were polite and efficient. Would highly recommend Willow Carpets.
Carpets laid in Hallway, Staircase, Lounge and Office
Excellent service. Only had to wait a week once we'd chosen the carpet. Two fitters arrived on time, and did a huge amount of carpet laying in 5 hours! In very hot weather!

Clean and easy to navigate showroom, helpful customer service, speedy delivery on time and as promised by Alan. Fitters Lee and his colleague were friendly, helpful (Helped move two pieces of furniture too heavy for our aged backs, and replaced all for us), were efficient, helpful and fun.A pleasurable experience and job couldn't have been better. We are very happy to recommend Alan and his team.
