Alex was brilliant, while running late, through no fault of his own, he kept us fully informed of his ETA. Not only was he knowledgeable and keen, I have never encountered such a thorough specialist. For the preagreed fee Alex worked hi socks off to track the issue with multiple camera inspections, and he even cleared the drive to find the interceptor pipe. Once he had FULLY inspected and assessed the issue he lost no time in resolving the issue. Absolute panic on a Sunday when we found out our soil pipe is damaged. Called Worsley Drains at 730am on Monday morning and he was with us by 930am and has given a very reasonable price for pretty expensive work and doing it tomorrow!
