  We had an F28 fault and your heat really worked hard to fix it for us. The engineers were all friendly (and great with my dogs who bark a lot initially!) and worked hard to get us up and running as it wasn’t a straightforward issue we had. They were honest and didn’t hesitate to put any issues we had right and didn't ask for more money which really made us trust this company. It feels that this is hard to come by now and companies generally want more money at any opportunity but we have found your heat to be genuinely different. We will use them again and would recommend them to others.

  Your heat attended to replace boiler, remove pipe work and water tanks. Engineer left floor boards ripped up, left dangerous pipe work exposed, promised to flush my system out - as per contract - and didn't. This meant dirty fluid spilling all over my floor when radiators removed. Did not fit the bottom tray of boiler. To add insult to injury left the light left switched on for 5 days after work completed as we were not home. Trying to get this resolved we've met with nothing but obstruction and refusal to acknowledge mistakes despite evidence. I would advise to avoid them at all costs.
