Rapid response! James responded very quickly to our urgent inquiry, came up with options that explained what was needed and what the costs would be. On informing him of our decision, he arranged for the work to be done without delay and it was completed in record time. As far as I can tell, he and his crew have done a solid job and he clearly knows his trade well. He kept in touch with me throughout and was very considerate of nervous animals at the property. From first contact to completion took about a week, which really impressed us.

Everything was done in a very professional manner. Contractor kept me up to date with progress throughout and sent pictures and videos showing progress. Everything external was left in a tidy state with all waste materials removed. Work was of an excellent standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. Very professional James personally phoned me to set up a date on which to come out and view the property. He came out and and inspected the damaged chimney/ lead flashing he took photos of the chimney to show me what was damaged and what options we could take to fix it. He then sent over the options and quotes via email. Once we decided on a option James called us to discuss a date to be booked in to get the job started. Once job was completed invoice was sent over along with receipts once paid. James made the process easy and stress free. No more problems with the chimney. Highly recommend!
