  With only a few days to go until Xmas day our boiler broke down in Southend, Essex. Unfortunately, my regular guy let me down at the last minute. My Google search came up with 1st Call Services. WHAT A FIND!! They were at my home within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, and then ordered the part required.  They returned at 9am the following day and about an hour later the boiler was fixed and Xmas saved. Needless to say with service like this they have now become my, "go to" company for all my heating/boiler requirements.  If you are searching for a local heating company,

  Sadly I never caught the tradesmans name... But whoever they were, were quick, efficient, informative and relatively educational. No mess left behind and did that we asked. Even offered us some really helpful services such as their reminder service for when our boiler service is due. I'll gladly use again, and recommend to anyone looking to have any boiler and/or gas works. Efficiency and friendly on the wallet, can't go wrong I say!

  A great job by David and his colleague we had no heating or hot water they found the fault quickly and replaced faulty programmer and both back on quickly. Boiler service was due and they did that too. Excellent service would definitely use again.

  I have had an issue with my heating turning off on the thermostat and even, on occasions, turning off at all since last winter. I have sought the help of several heating companies over a number of months to be told by each that there was nothing wrong with it. In complete contrast Dave diagnosed and fixed the issue speedily and at a very reasonable price. Both Dave and his young colleague were friendly, efficient, professional and courteous. I cannot thank them enough nor praise them highly enough.
