  I contacted 24-7 heating and plumbing for a second opinion after another company told me I would need a new boiler at a cost of around £4300. Phil came out at short notice over a bank holiday weekend and got the boiler up and running. He then returned after the holiday, did a full service and changed some faulty parts. He charged around £330 for his work, a fraction of the previous quote. Phill was prompt and efficient at all times and I will be using him again for any future work I need.

• Identified a boiler leak and zone valve replacement

  Quickly identified the source of our boilers leak and replaced a faulty zone valve that was causing the boiler to run constantly. Really friendly and explained the issue in an understandable way. Work was done quickly and for a great price and the area was left clean afterwards. Will defiantly use again in the future if we have any issues.

  My boiler broke down over a bank holiday weekend. The first plumber who came said that it could not be repaired and it would cost £4080 to buy and install a new boiler. I decided to get a second opinion from 24/7 Heating. Phil contacted me within the hour then came out within a few hours over a bank holiday weekend. Not only did he get the boiler up and running there and then, but he also provided a quote of £300 to service and change some parts which would fix the problem. I am delighted with his service and will definitely be using him again.

  I recently had 24-7 Heating and Plumbing install a new boiler and unvented cylinder, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were nothing short of professional and polite. Not only did they complete the installation efficiently and to a high standard, but they also went above and beyond by fixing an additional issues without any complaint. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect working order was truly commendable. Overall, 24-7 Heating and Plumbing did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.
