    We rang Sam at short notice and he arrived exactly as arranged. He was very courteous, assessed what the problem was and solved the issue there and then. He checked up with us the following day following heavy rain to make sure everything was ok. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

    From first contact, Sam was prompt to assess the work and providing a fair and competitive quote. He organised scaffolding, included in the quote. Starting work was delayed by the very wet weather but Sam kept us informed throughout, always arriving when he said he would. Sam obviously cares about doing a good job, even coming back the day following completion, and onto the roof to ensure that everything was watertight. Sam repeatedly said, ‘I won’t let you down,’ and he didn’t! Thank you Sam. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending that you contact 24 Hour Roofing and Guttering Services first.

    Sam was great, he came round to investigate the issue the day after I called him. He gave me a very fair quote and then booked in completing the work just a few days later. It’s always concerning when things go wrong but being able to resolve this quickly really gave me peace of mind. Sam is also approachable and friendly, he kept me informed and updated the whole way through. Highly recommend :-)
