    Initial survey & quote by Oleg was very helpful with no pressure. Office staff also friendly & helpful. Installation team were punctual,polite & worked hard. Within an hour of arrival the old roof was removed, in the next two hours, frame, rafters & insulation in place. By mid afternoon on day one the tiles were on. Despite very cold weather, my conservatory has been transformed to a comfortable warm room. As it is open plan the rest of the property also benefited. I am relieved & delighted. Thank you 2hot2cold for a very well organised professional team. Highly recommended.

    What a company from start to finish so helpful. The office were helpful and polite. The trades men who did the work were amazing on time and work so hard the attention to detail was fabulous . They turned two knackard roofs in one amazing roof .the conservatory is now actually warm and a place I can use all year round 10 out of ten .

    Absolutely delighted with my new conservatory roof, it was replaced with lightweight tiles with added insulation. The quoting process was very well organised and sent that day, I asked for the guttering's and soffits to be changed as well, but no pressure for extras. Great communication from the admin team. I expected the job to take 2 to 3 days but then 5 workers arrived (6 by end of the day) and they worked so hard to get it done in one day. I was so impressed how they worked together, it was a very slick operation!

    I have been super impressed with the efficiency and workmanship of this team. We have gone from old mouldy and dated conservatory to having a beautiful new lightweight but insulated and tiled roof, new windows and full plasterboard, plaster and paint inside, plus spotlights. I LOVED the fact they had bright lights to shine on the walls to look for even the slightest imperfection until they were happy. I very much appreciated this level of attention to detail. We are very happy. A particular mention and thanks for Ihor who was on the project throughout. We will recommend.
