  Andy and his team did a fantastic job on our property, transforming the house with a new porch extension together with new roof tiles, soffits, guttering, render, windows, and patio. The communication was great throughout, and Andy was very responsive in coming up with ideas when we were undecided and promptly resolving any issues. The site was left clean and tidy. Would recommend 3 Lance Developments for any building renovation or maintenance work.

  Andy from 3 Lance was very helpful in assisting us with the original design of the work. The contractors arrived to start work on the agreed date and generally kept to the envisaged timescales. Andy was readily available to discuss changes to the specification as the project evolved. We were kept appraised of the emerging costs through out. The work was carried out professionally by skilled tradesmen who worked to a high standard. The site was well managed and the intrusion of dust and dirt to the rest of the house was well controlled. Andy and the team have a great sense of humour.

They completed a large renovation for us in a very tight timeframe and to a very high standard. We felt looked after as Andy’s clients and nothing was too much trouble and we felt the whole team were very respectful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy and his team and we feel lucky to have had them work on our project.

  I cannot speak too highly of 3Lance. The job was done to a high standard, all trades followed through without delay. All the guys were friendly, and always tidied up each day. They worked really hard to get the job finished in time for Christmas. They even sorted out odd issues I had which were not part of the job. I am delighted with the end result and would recommend them without hesitation.

  From the moment you meet Andy you can’t help but like him and importantly trust him. He listens to what you are looking at doing and along the way continually helps in your developing thoughts. His team are trustworthy, hard working and their attention to detail is second to none. Andy is constantly on hand, very easy to get hold of and owns the issue if any problems happen. We had some changing needs as our building project evolved and he and his team were accommodating in our needs, and in my mind went above and beyond. Quality superb. Highly recommend.
