3R Extreme Cleaning Solutions is a family run business and have been providing cleaning and clearance services to both domestic and commercial clients for over 20 years. We work with a variety of different clients including, solicitors, insurance companies, housing associations, councils, environmental agencies and domestic, but no matter the client or type or size of job we offer the same high level of service to all. We have fully trained staff, are fully insured.

Our company uses products and methods specifically designed to obtain the best results possible for the services we offer including:


House clearance: We understand when clearing a property time and cost are important factors, we use methods to limit the amount of waste through recycling, donation, repurposing and the time involved by using staff that have been trained to approach the task in an effective manner and respectful of our clients wishes. If items are not suitable for recycling then they will be disposed of in the correct way including, fridges, tyres, contaminated and general waste.  


Clearance and deep cleaning: The products used for deep cleaning are designed to remove as much dirt, grease, other contaminates and odours as possible allowing for the condition of the property and areas which require attention. Sanitisation products used are the latest anti-microbial with broad spectrum kill and residual control suitable for a wide variety of contaminations including E-coli and Salmonella and other contaminations linked with blood and other fluids.



Due to the sensitive nature of some of our work we uphold a discreet service to all of our clients.
