    Brilliant! Gary arrived spot on time, and was friendly and helpful from the outset. Cones/cables and rollers replaced, wooden frame stabilised, and spring tension adjusted. It's for my Mum's house, and Gary was genuinely concerned to check that Mum could manage the door by herself. Having seen her weaknesses, he went back to work making further adjustments. Overall price was entirely fair, and was what I'd been told over the phone when making the booking. We discussed alternatives, but with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Highly recommended! Thanks Gary!
