• Loft conversion and side wall insulation

  We are very happy with our loft conversion and the quality of the work. The work was carried out in the agreed timeframe and on budget. All the workmen were polite and kept the site tidy. It was easy to work with Angelo, he provided helpful suggestions throughout the project and kept us updated on everything. We highly recommend Angelo and Eddie as they did a superb job and we couldn’t have wished for nicer people to work with.

  Angelo came over, did a thorough inspection of what was required. He also provided some good ideas for the design and functionality. He prepared a very comprehensive and decent quotation. He also provided timescales for starting and the duration of the works. The work was carried out in a timely manner with minimal disruption to us in the house. They guys tidied up and vacuumed every day after finishing. To cap it all, he helped secure discounts on the tiles used!

  It's been almost 2 years since Ahs team did my loft conversion and bathroom extension. I must say that after this time you can see a quality of work. Everything they did still work perfectly. Angelo had also good ideas and provide solutions for what could be done. During work all went smoothly. Boys were working everyday. Job was done quicker then I expected(my neighbours were please about it). What is also important we stick to the budget. I definitely recommend them.

  It’s the second time we have used AHS construction for renovation work in our house and both times we were very pleased with the quality and their effort in delivering the job. Angelo is a pleasure to work with, reliable and helpful with providing solutions to any problems. The previous job included a complete renovation of my son’s bedroom with a new bathroom, new ceiling and removing a wall. This time, new flooring and painting in three rooms. Angelo also managed to save our old cracked Victorian coving from collapse, which I am grateful for!

  Angelo and his team were excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for future building work. They are reliable, honest and hardworking with no fuss. Having never done a major building project myself before I was nervous starting out but Angelo was reassuring and honest with his quote, providing a clear breakdown and had excellent ideas to improve the project. He ensured the house was clean and safe to live in for as long as possible and was great with my 2 year old daughter. His communication was excellent and I trusted him to keep me informed while at work/busy. His work is great quality.

  Angelo and his team have done various renovations now in our house.They started with our bathroom in 2021 and in 2022 completed our kitchen and loft conversion.Angelo has always given us ideas on the layout before we started work and also helped with recommending suppliers.All work was completed to a high standard and they kept us informed at all times. We have always fully trusted Angelo and his team in our home.They are very hard working ensuring that projects don’t go over time and Angelo led all the projects at all times and is very hands on which we liked.We would 100% recommend Angelo and his team.
