• Trellis on Wall / Guttering / Flooring Issues

  Anthony came to install a trellis on our end terrace wall, which was exposed to the public footpath. He designed a frame to hold the trellis and it now looks great. He also fixed some very old and shoddy guttering, pointed up blown brickwork and ensured there were no entrances for pests/rodents. We've been experiencing troublesome vapours coming through from next door and Anthony was ablegøyer to look at both properties and identify the holes in the floorboards/skirting where the odour was coming through. He is able to do maintenance tasks such as this but also much larger/serious scale work.

  We found Anthony and Keith to be very polite and professional. When first assessing our property, Anthony used shoe protectors. He gave 3 competitive quotes. He always turned up when he said he would. 2 things particularly stood out: 1) He always called and asked us what exactly we wanted rather than deciding himself e.G. Where exactly we wanted the opening to be/ what door handles we wanted 2) instead of trying to rush the last part of fitting the door they decided to come back the next day and take their time to get it exactly right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anthony and Keith.

  Anthony is incredible! He arrived on time, was very professional, made sure to fully explain what he was doing and the reasons the why, gave very sensible recommendations when needed, and the quality of his work was exemplary. Despite knocking existing plaster off walls, sawing new insulated board, and skimming over this, there was no dust or mess in my house. Anthony respected my property more than any tradesman I've ever worked with before. The work when finished was outstanding and I will be using his services again in the future - I've already recommended him to others.

  Anthony is one of those rare tradespeople that you genuinely wish there were more of in the world. Not only does he know his theory, his work is always exemplary. This is now the fourth time he has carried out repairs and maintenance to our 1913 property. I have been struggling for years with odours coming into our house from a neighbouring property via an old loft hatch in a cupboard. Today he plasterboarded and skimmed the area. He also bricked up areas in the loft to ensure building regs were upheld in relation to fire safety. Can't recommend highly enough
